Any workplace, office, building site or factory has many potential hazards that may cause injury; employees, visitors or members of the public may have a medical condition or become unwell; and an appropriate reaction to a situation by employees is essential. Who is the EFAW course for?

The EFAW course is suitable for all workplaces; high-risk work environments where the potential for serious injury may exist may require additional training in life-threatening bleeding, which can be added to the EFAW course if required.  Extended training to deal with specific injuries such as head neck / chest trauma, etc., is covered by the First Aid at Work (FAW) 3 day course.
