What is CQMS?
CQMS is an essential assessment scheme designed to help contractors demonstrate compliance with the necessary health and safety standards established by CQMS.
Through an online assessment application, contractors can acquire accreditation that remains valid for twelve months.
To obtain this, you must first register for the CQMS Safety-Scheme Assessment and collect all supporting documentation. Then you will need to forward the completed application and documents to CQMS along with the required payment.
The assessment can take up to 14 days, after which you’ll receive a confirmation letter if successful.
If you are unsuccessful, the CQMS assessment scheme will provide a comprehensive explanation as to why, after which you will be allowed to make the necessary changes and submit additional documentation.

CQMS was previously known as Crown Quality Management Services. Today, the accreditation body is simply known as CQMS Ltd.
