Online Emergency First Aid Awareness Training Course 

In line with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, employers are required to provide adequate and appropriate equipment facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work.
One of the principle activities that must be carried out in support of this legislation is to ensure that your designated first aid practitioners are both trained and qualified to practise first aid in the workplace. 

This course should not be used as a substitute for the Emergency First Aid at Work course or any practical first aid training.

The online Emergency First Aid Awareness Course is designed to take you through the basic principles of first aid and act as a precursor or refresher to more advanced first aid courses such as the EFAW (Emergency First Aid at Work)

Who Should Take the Emergency First Aid Awareness Course?

This course is most suited for nominated first aiders in small and low risk working environments. Examples of low risk environments include offices where there are less than 20 people, and studio spaces. It should be noted that the first protocols shared in this course only apply to adult incidents and casualties. 

Certification

Once you have completed the course, a certificate will be generated, which you can print off. This allows you to provide evidence of your qualification for compliance and auditing. This can be downloaded as a PDF document which can be saved and sent to the employer.
