On the 6th April 2014, the requirements for the HSE Health and Safety Law Poster changed which meant that it now needs to be displayed by all UK employers in the workplace.

This is the most current version of the Law Poster by the Health and Safety Executive and takes into account recent changes to health and safety law so, if you are currently displaying the old (pre-2009) Health and Safety Law Poster, you need to replace with this one as soon as possible.

The Health and Safety at Work Law (HSE) poster also includes empty write-in boxes to record details of the competent person, your safety representatives and other information specific to your workplace.
