Awareness of asbestos is vital for anyone working in an environment where there is the risk of exposure to asbestos. The use of asbestos was banned in 1999 but is still often present in older buildings; therefore, it’s important to be aware of the correct safety procedures to reduce the risk of illnesses such as mesothelioma.

There are three types of courses available, each of which is approved by a different asbestos training provider.
