What I do at Safety Services Direct:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the operational delivery of our HR, H&S and training services. I also manage our team of experienced consultants with a personable and approachable attitude that creates a warm working environment.
As the main point of contact when it comes to client feedback and service alterations, I also
oversee the customer care and renewal process whilst retaining a client base of my own.
Offering professional HR and Employment Law support and excelling in assisting clients with
employment documentation, and helping review and draft contracts and handbooks.
